• Technical information collected automatically when you visit the Website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you view. This is collected by our hosting provider and by Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes, proposals and services.
• Communicate with you about projects, meetings and support by email, phone and, where you have agreed to it, text message.
• Review job applications and contact candidates.
• Protect the Website and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse.
• Maintain and improve the Website and our services.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, We-Construct, LLC may send you text messages about your inquiry or project, such as replies to your questions, meeting reminders and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, text messaging opt-in data or messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile number and messaging consent are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive. The full SMS program terms are in our Terms of Service.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only in the following situations:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Webflow), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), email and text message delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements, when we need to comply with a law, regulation, court order or lawful request from public authorities, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case your information remains subject to this policy.
• With your consent, when you ask us to share information with someone else.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the Website.

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to check that submissions come from real people. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google, and its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The Website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are delivered.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Inquiry and project correspondence is kept for the length of our relationship and afterwards as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Job applications are kept while a hiring process is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you opt out of text messages, we keep a record of your opt-out so that we can honor it.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in Armenia and work with clients and service providers around the world. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. When we transfer information, we take steps to keep it protected in line with this policy.
