Artlife Kempinski is a digital showcase for a five-star branded residence in Yerevan, developed by Renshin Urban Investments and managed by the Kempinski hotel group. The platform was built to reflect the elegance and exclusivity of the real estate offering, combining high-end visual design with practical tools like apartment search, virtual tours, and multilingual support. It serves as both a sales accelerator and a branding centerpiece for one of the city’s most anticipated luxury complexes.
Our client needed a digital platform that reflects the prestige of the Kempinski brand while showcasing the design, architecture, and lifestyle of a high-end residential complex. The system had to support real estate functionality (search, filtering, apartment status updates) while delivering a visually luxurious and intuitive experience for potential buyers, investors, and visitors.
We developed the Artlife Kempinski website as an interactive, animation-rich platform that balances luxury aesthetics with functional real estate tools. From CRM integration for internal updates to virtual tours and multi-language access — the solution captures both the beauty and practicality of the complex.
▪ Immersive animations and 3D visuals ▪ Advanced apartment search and filtering ▪ Interactive virtual tours ▪ CRM system for managing listings and updates ▪ Multi-language support for international users ▪ Multi-view floorplans (by floor, layout, apartment) ▪ High-quality image galleries
Next.js, React.js
CMS/CRM integrations, animation libraries, multilingual setup
Artlife Kempinski’s website has become a key sales and branding tool, attracting high-interest leads and positioning the complex as a leading luxury destination in Yerevan. The combination of visual storytelling, advanced features, and real-time content management has elevated the customer experience — ahead of the complex’s grand opening in **spring 2025**.
