Hartz AI is a high-performance conversational AI infrastructure that enables real-time interaction between users and multiple specialized AI agents. Designed with flexibility, speed, and scalability in mind, the platform empowers businesses to deploy smart, AI-driven communication flows using intelligent agent routing and a secure real-time backend.

Over a two-month period, we built Hartz AI from the ground up. Using Node.js, TypeScript, and Express, we developed a modular backend powered by LangChain and OpenAI to orchestrate smart agent decisions. A custom WebSocket-based engine handled fast two-way communication, while PostgreSQL and Prisma managed complex data flows efficiently.
Security was addressed with JWT-based authentication, password encryption using bcrypt, and HTTP protection via Helmet. Zod was used for strict input validation, and the architecture was built to support easy expansion in the future.
